I. Product Description

Electrical silicon-based lubricant is a medium-viscosity, modified polysiloxane product that combines the advantages of silicone oil and mineral oil, offering excellent electrical insulation, high-temperature resistance, and lubricating performance. It is primarily used for lubrication and sealing of insulating components in power accessories, and can also be employed in the processing of rubber, plastics, and nonferrous metals for lubrication, mold release, surface treatment, and as an additive for coating modification. The product exhibits stable physicochemical properties and does not react with workpieces; moreover, when the finished products require subsequent further processing, its performance significantly outperforms that of conventional silicone oil lubricants.

III. Scope of Product Application

This product is specifically designed for surface insulation lubrication during cable accessory manufacturing, effectively reducing interfacial friction between rubber, plastic, and metal materials, enhancing sealing performance, and ensuring electrical insulation properties. When the finished product requires subsequent printing, coating, or bonding processes, its secondary processing performance significantly outperforms that of conventional silicone oil lubricants. The product also exhibits excellent high-temperature stability and can be used in demolding applications during the thermal processing of various materials.

IV. Instructions for Use

1. When used as a lubricant or lubricant additive, it can be applied directly; alternatively, it may be diluted with an organic solvent before use. During actual application, please ensure appropriate adjustment of the dosage.
2. When used as a TPE additive, it can be blended with white mineral oil; the recommended addition level is 1%–2%.
3. This mold release agent can be used directly or after emulsification.

1. Available in 4.5 kg and 16 kg drums; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

• This substance should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
• This substance must be kept sealed until it is ready for use.
• Contact between this substance and prohibited mixing substances shall be prevented.
• Contact with heat sources, electric sparks, and open flames shall be prohibited.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, use below the ignition point, and prevent liquid or vapor leakage.
• Keep away from open flames and prevent the ignition of any fire sources (such as electrical sparks, static sparks, heat sources, and high-temperature objects).
• When using this substance, avoid inhaling vapors or fumes, prolonged and repeated skin contact, and eye contact.
