The JT-D-7000 series silicon-based electrical insulating fillers, with a base composition of modified polysiloxane, are specially developed for power systems. It appears as a colorless, transparent liquid—free of suspended particles and sediment—and can be customized to meet customers’ specific requirements for viscosity and insulation class.

III. Scope of Product Application
Suitable for insulation accessories of power cables with rated voltages up to and exceeding extra-high voltage, including cross-linked polyethylene cables, ethylene–propylene diene monomer (EPDM) rubber cables, and other power equipment, for applications such as insulation filling, sealing, and protective measures.
IV. Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: three years.
V. Instructions for Use
1. Before use, verify that the product model matches the required viscosity and insulation class.
2. Ensure that the surface of the equipment to be filled is clean, dry, and free of oil stains and impurities.
3. According to the equipment filling requirements, slowly inject (or apply) the silicone oil into the target area, taking care to avoid bubble formation;
4. After filling, verify the sealing condition and ensure compatibility between the silicone oil and the equipment materials.
VI. Grade and Packaging Specifications
Product packaging specifications are: 45 kg/drum and 16 kg/drum.
VII. Precautions
- This substance should be stored in a sealed container in a cool, well-ventilated area.
- This substance must be kept sealed until it is ready for use.
- Contact between this substance and prohibited mixing substances shall be prevented.
- Contact with heat sources, electric sparks, and open flames shall be prohibited.
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, use below the ignition point, and prevent liquid or vapor leakage.
- Keep away from open flames and prevent the ignition of any fire sources (such as electrical sparks, static sparks, heat sources, and high-temperature objects).
- When using this substance, avoid inhaling vapors or fumes, prolonged and repeated skin contact, and eye contact.
