I. Product Description
Insulating lubricating silicone grease boasts excellent electrical insulation and surface lubrication properties, making it a non-swelling silicone-based paste specially formulated for cable accessories, plug-and-socket components, intermediate joints, and similar applications. It is primarily composed of polyoxysilanes modified with specific functional groups, with fumed silica serving as a structural stabilizer, and is produced through compounding, open-mixing, and refining processes.
The product exhibits excellent interfacial compatibility and an extremely low rubber absorption rate. It meets the requirements of cable accessory testing, including 100°C/120°C rubber compatibility tests for 96 hours and 168 hours, as well as 30-day assembly tests, partial discharge tests, and 15-day waterproofing tests.
Under prolonged thermal or corona exposure, the product exhibits no chalking, crystallization, or thermal degradation; instead, it forms a continuous, uniform insulating layer on the application surface, effectively dispersing the electric field, enhancing operational stability, and reducing the product failure rate.

III. Scope of Product Application
It is widely used in various instrumentation and electrical appliances, electronic components, electrical switches, insulating surfaces, and cold- and heat-shrink cable accessories, where it provides lubrication, insulation, sealing, vibration damping, suppression of partial discharge and internal flashover, and also serves as an anti-corrosion and anti-rust filler for electrical contacts and as a release agent for machined parts. It is an indispensable insulating and lubricating product in the manufacturing and processing of power and electrical equipment.
IV. Storage and Shelf Life
Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight. Shelf life: three years.
V. Instructions for Use
It can be applied evenly to the surface of the workpiece by brushing, rolling, or using dedicated tools. For surface protection or mold release applications, it can also be dissolved in an organic solvent and then sprayed onto the surface of the workpiece or mold.
