I. Product Description

The DA-LM series comprises low-phenyl silicone fluids, with methylphenyl polysiloxane as the principal component. These fluids exhibit outstanding low-temperature resistance, superior lubricity, high dielectric strength, and chemical inertness. The molecular chain structure and the introduction of methylphenyl groups enhance the product’s performance at low temperatures—withstanding temperatures as low as −75°C—and deliver thermal stability that surpasses that of dimethyl silicone fluids. Under conditions of high temperature, heavy load, and intense radiation, they maintain excellent dielectric properties and lubricity. They are primarily used in cryogenic environments for insulation, lubrication, and moisture protection in electrical equipment.

III. Scope of Product Application

It can be used as a high-performance insulating oil, cooling medium oil, and grease lubricant, primarily in relatively demanding low-temperature service environments. It is suitable for use as an insulating medium in power accessories, a low-temperature lubricant, a damping material, and a moisture- and water-resistant material.

IV. Instructions for Use

1. When insulating components are impregnated for insulation purposes, vacuum degassing must be performed to remove air and eliminate bubbles, thereby preventing degradation of insulation performance.
2. When used as a lubricant, damper, or release agent, it can be applied directly by brushing or spraying, ensuring even coverage and preventing leakage.
3. Prior to substituting or using this product in conjunction with similar products domestically and internationally, compatibility testing must be conducted.

V. Packaging and Storage/Transportation

1. Available in 4.5 kg and 16 kg drums; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
2. Standard non-hazardous goods transportation.
