Electrical Insulating Phenyl Silicone Oil DA-PM Series
Category:
Detailed Introduction
I. Product Description
The DA-PM series comprises high-temperature-resistant insulating silicone oils, with methylphenyl polysiloxane as the principal component. These products exhibit outstanding thermal stability, low volatility, superior dielectric properties, radiation resistance, chemical inertness, and excellent low-temperature fluidity. The incorporation of a high phenyl content in the molecular chain significantly enhances thermal stability, enabling long-term service at temperatures below 300°C. Compared with dimethyl silicone oil grades, the DA-PM series offers superior high-temperature and radiation resistance, maintaining excellent insulation and lubrication under conditions of high temperature, heavy load, and intense radiation. Key applications include impregnation for power capacitors, high-voltage insulating oils, cooling and insulation in nuclear power equipment, low-temperature hydraulic damping fluids, radiation-resistant lubricants, and moisture-proof insulation for precision instruments.

III. Scope of Product Application
As a high-performance insulating oil, cooling medium oil, and lubricating grease oil, it is primarily used in applications requiring resistance to high temperatures and radiation. It can be employed as an insulating impregnant for transformers, electronic components, and power capacitors; as an insulating medium for hydraulic valves and surge arresters in nuclear power plants; as a high-temperature lubricating base oil; and as an anti-corona fluid for high-voltage equipment, among other applications. It is compatible with most plastics and rubbers.
IV. Instructions for Use
1. When insulating components are impregnated for insulation purposes, vacuum degassing must be performed to remove air and eliminate bubbles, thereby preventing degradation of insulation performance.
2. When used as a lubricant, damper, or release agent, it can be applied directly by brushing or spraying, ensuring uniform coverage and preventing leakage.
3. Prior to substituting or using in conjunction with similar products domestically and internationally, compatibility testing must be conducted.
V. Packaging and Storage/Transportation
1. Available in 4.5 kg and 16 kg drums; store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
2. Regular Non-Hazardous Goods Transportation
